I love the number of How-To videos on youtube. One channel I subscribe to is Ice Flow Studios. Recently they posted a video for how to achieve a water color look on your photo. I tried it out and like it. The only addition I made is to add a layer. Copy everything as merged and add a Gaussian blur to the layer and set the opacity so that it looks more watery.
