So screwed up

I was watching a couple tutorials on you tube about photo re-touching and found one that talked about how they make everyone look so skinny. It looked easy enough so I tried it.

This is the result.

That was after a 5 minute video and 30 minutes of screwing around. That was way to easy. If anyone needs me I’ll be doing sit-ups.

Rule number one of being a politician. Express your controversial views in such a way as to not make yourself look like a moron. I would like to see a human city on the moon someday. That doesn’t mean I come out and tell everyone it’s on my short list of things to do.

The last Airbender movie

I don’t normally try to get preachy, but since I saw the casting for the movie “The Last Airbender” I’ve been a bit irritated. If you don’t know what I’m talking about Avatar – The last airbender is a great cartoon filled with beautiful imagery and style. The main characters are mostly of some Asian decent. For the movie version the director has decided to go with a bunch of white kids who just don’t look the part AT ALL. This is about as deep as I want to go. My kids really want to see this film but I don’t intend to spend my money in the theater. Maybe we’ll rent it. Maybe we’ll go out and buy the animated version.
